The SCCMS Membership Directory and Desk Reference is an invaluable physician referral and community information resource. It includes over 290 member physicians practicing in Santa Cruz county. A directory is distributed to each member, to medical staff offices at each of our local hospitals, and to our sister medical societies in other counties. In addition, the directory is available for purchase by the general public. Please see the rate sheet and contract for advertising in the SCCMS Membership Directory. Ads are solicited from February-April.

Ordering

The directory is ready to mail in July each year.

Public/Non-members - We sell copies of our directory for $40 plus shipping costs. Please fill out the directory order form and mail it, with your check, to SCCMS.

Retired members - You may purchase a directory for $20, no shipping costs. Please fill out the directory order form and mail it, with your check, to SCCMS.

Members - In addition to your free member copy, you may order 1 free copy for your waiting room. Additional copies may be purchased for $20 each plus shipping costs. Please fill out the directory order form and mail it, with your check, to SCCMS.
