John C. Pestaner, MD became the President of the Santa Cruz County Medical Society mid 2018. Dr. Pestaner will serve as the SCCMS Board President through December 2019.
Dr. Pestaner is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and is a Member of the American Roentgen Ray Society, the American College of Radiology, the Radiological Society of North America, and the Texas Radiological Society.
Dr. Pestaner is affiliated with the Palo Alto Medical Foundation Medical Group and Sutter Maternity & Surgery Center of Santa Cruz. He completed medical school at Tulane University School of Medicine, New Orleans, LA in 1987, his internship at the Greater Baltimore Medical Center in 1988, and residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA in 1993.
Dr. Pestaner is a resident of Santa Cruz County.
